Sakowski Consulting bills by the hour or by the day.

Minimum fee is one hour, thereafter time is charged in twenty-minute increments.

Training Classes and Brown Bag Lunch Meetings are charged at a flat rate.
Package rates are available for coaching services.

Consulting fees are based on time and materials. Out of pocket expenses incurred in completing assignments will be agreed in advance and charged at cost.

If an assignment takes fewer hours than originally estimated the fee will be reduced accordingly, if the assignment takes longer than originally estimated Sakowski Consulting, LLC will bear the extra cost (note: modification of the original assignment may result in additional fees.)

Payment Terms: 15 days from date of invoice.

Liability: Sakowski Consulting, LLC's liability is limited to the maximum of the investment made by the client
