Coaching: The Process

One to one coaching is like having a personal trainer for your heart and mind. Built on well established principles and practices, coaching is effective at helping professionals grow because every piece of guidance provided by the coach is relevant to the trainee's individual and specific needs. A truly empowering coaching experience occurs when a coach provides four very important facilities to their trainee:

1. A safe, judgment free place to talk about what is exciting or frustrating the trainee

2. Extensive experience and wisdom in the skills that the trainee wishes to improve

3. Creativity to help the trainee to find solutions to challenges and to recognize successes

4. Insightful questions, which help the trainee to explore their own capabilities and goals

Sales representatives, managers, directors, vice presidents, presidents and business owners are benefiting from individually designed coaching programs with Sakowski Consulting.
